母婴动态互动中的生理学基础
情绪调节对个体的身心健康具有重要意义,但成年人的情绪调节是如何发展而来?生命早期阶段母亲与婴儿的互动帮助婴儿形成了早期的情绪调节能力。尤其是当婴儿处于消极情绪状态时,母亲与婴儿的全方位互动,起到了共同调节婴儿情绪的作用。这个过程中,有哪些有趣的过程和影响因素?本期报告中,我们邀请到了美国University of Utah心理学系的高梦宇博士分享她关于母婴动态互动中生理上的变化与协同的研究。

Developmental Foundations of Physiological Dynamics Among Mother-Infant Dyads
摘要
Infants and caregivers exchange affective, behavioral, and physiological states through interactions, especially when the infant is distressed. These early experiences of coregulation, or the dynamic coordination within caregiver-infant dyads across time, provide a key social mechanism for young children to develop emotion regulation competencies. Once developed, emotion regulation skills help children balance their goals for well-being, which is essential for socioemotional health and academic achievement. Identifying developmental antecedents that may facilitate effective coregulation processes is necessary to inform etiology of maladaptive emotion regulation. In this presentation, I will discuss the role of maternal (e.g., sensitivity and responsiveness) and infant (e.g., newborn neurobehavior) characteristics in organizing the mother-infant dyadic interactions. In particular, I will focus on the physiological dynamics of the mother-infant dyad.
